As Credit Analyst, you will work closely with the Superior Commercial Loan Officer team in conducting credit analyses on existing and prospective customers and portfolios. You will assist in gathering data from customers, internal and outside sources and prepare spreadsheets and analyze information including financial statements and tax returns. You will monitor customer accounts and commercial loan portfolios in order to maximize credit quality. Other duties include preparing and presenting credit reports and assisting our loan officers in coordinating the processing of approved loans.

Bring your bachelor/associate degree in business/finance/accounting or related area or equivalent combination of experience and education. Preferred skills and experience include: well-developed credit analysis and analytical skills; basic knowledge of credit administration and procedures; good knowledge of economics, accounting, math, and finance; basic knowledge of risk analysis; effective technical report writing skills and p.c. skills; and, solid verbal and written communication skills. A basic knowledge of commercial, real estate and commercial real estate construction loan processing is helpful together with the ability to work in a team environment.

We have a new position located in Superior. You will be responsible for performing operational and support duties of Internet banking, cash management products, remote deposit capture product, and merchant credit card program to new customers. You will go on customer calls and provide a full range of professional and technical support to include stand up training; set up products; trouble shoot and resolve issues within given authority; provide assistance in communicating to customers and staff on the features and benefits of internet banking and bill pay; and perform a variety of related duties, reports, email replies, correspondence and projects. You will also work in support of the IT Department on various hardware and software projects.

Bring your bachelor/associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience to this job. Work-related experience must consist of Internet banking, call center support, and/or customer IT training background in the financial services industry. Your experience with bank products, basic knowledge of bank policies/procedures/regs are also needed together with outstanding customer service, communications, and problem-solving skills. A real communicator will thrive in this role.

Commercial Loan Officer

As a member of our dynamic commercial lending team in Superior, we are looking for you to achieve strong customer loyalty along with account profitability. In this role you will build existing and prospective accounts by listening to customer responses and aligning solutions; collect and analyze financial and credit histories as well as current financial capacity and business plan data; determine creditworthiness and risk/reward of the project; establish and negotiate credit terms; approve loans up to lending authority; and, monitor loan repayment activities. You will develop overall business relationships including deposits, loans, and other bank products and services. Your active participation in the community is a critical part of this goal achievement.

Our candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business/related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Also required are: knowledge of basic accounting principles to read/analyze financial statements/tax returns; broad knowledge of commercial lending techniques, practices, and resources in order to comply with our loan policies and credit culture; and, a strong understanding of bank products/services while building relationships within other NBC departments for a total team approach. We are looking for you to apply your excellent skills in negotiating, business development tact, customer service, communications and pc usage along with problem solving and organizational abilities.
